Our nurse practitioner will complete a health check to establish the best treatment plan for you. Health checks can be telehealth or in person
STEP 3
GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION
Once you are eligible for treatment, your prescription will be mailed to your doorstep or available for pick up at one of our two locations!
